Start by filling out the form below and request a Fit Kit. A Fit Kit service fee covers the cost of preparing and shipping your custom sizing kit directly to your location. Inside, you’ll receive everything needed to get properly sized, along with a few Blackbird Brims extras.

Once your kit arrives, we’ll schedule a quick consultation to refine the details—style, fit, color, crown shape, brim shape, and all the elements that make your hat uniquely yours.
